Tickets issued for the match at Heysel between Anderlecht and Dundee. Dundee would put in a magnificent defensive display while punishing the mistakes of their hosts. The Belgians’ starting XI were almost exclusively international players who had already beaten Real Madrid over two legs in the competition. Dundee were applauded off the pitch in front of a record Belgian attendance which still stands to this day.
