Hi Jim,

Enclosed my autograph book.

The story is November 1962, Third Lanark v Dundee at Cathkin Park., Glasgow. Third Lanark won 4-3

I was waiting outside the Pavilion when Ian Ure came out. I asked him for his autograph which he signed, and asked him to put “Dundee and Scotland” under it.

I then asked him if the rest of the team were coming out, and he said “Tell you what I will do is take your book inside and ask them to sign it.” Which he did, and it has been with me ever since, 63 years.

I am so pleased it is going back to Dundee where it belongs.
